My sisters are like me and they like things dark and spooky. So that’s the theme I went for on one of their 21st birthdays!

–Black heart balloons
–Party tattoos
–Skull doomsday napkins (my fave!!)
-21 balloons
-I cut the banner letters out of black sparkly paper
–Silver runner
–Black cups
–Black streamers
We made everyone wear black and had drinks. This was about as easy as you can get, but still turned out super cute.
